My sister and I had an absolutely fabulous stay at this beautiful cottage in Hot Springs! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described. The location right on the lake was perfect—peaceful, serene, and with stunning views that we enjoyed all day long. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee out on the dock—it was such a relaxing and special way to begin each day. We also took full advantage of the kayaking and spent time around the fire pit in the evenings, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Landon was an exceptional host. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival, and communication was always quick, helpful, and friendly. We truly appreciated the extra care—especially when I accidentally left behind a couple pieces of jewelry and they were promptly returned to me. This was the perfect sister getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had such an incredible stay here and truly can’t recommend it enough. We came as a family of four (two adults and our kids, 14 and 9), and it was perfect for all of us. The house itself is huge and so thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of space to spread out while still feeling cozy and welcoming. One of our absolute favorite parts was the hot tub, it’s perfectly situated and feels so private, which was really important to us. Being able to relax out there while the kids watched TV in the hot tub was such a fun, memorable touch! The location was ideal too. We spent our days gem mining, hiking, and taking trips into Hot Springs for thrifting and amazing food. It was the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and easy access to things to do. Susan and Landon were wonderful hosts, so helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Everything felt smooth and well cared for from start to finish.

We spent a couple of nights here while passing through the area on a roadtrip. Great location to check out Hot Springs NP and we loved that it was far enough away to have a quiet and relaxing stay on a lake. Home was really cute as pictured and perfect for our fam of 2 adults, 3 kids. Lake view was beautiful and we enjoyed having grill, solo stove, and kayaks for outdoor activities. Rained while we were there as well and we loved playing games in the house with a beautiful view.

We had an amazing stay! The home is absolutely beautiful and tucked away in a peaceful wooded area that makes it feel like a true getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and the surroundings were so quiet and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature while still having all the comforts of home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful escape!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved that each bedroom had a king bed with its own bathroom. My family especially loved the outdoor area with the hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of seating to kick back and enjoy nature.

Home was fantastic - very spacious; great kitchen/dining area: more than enough seating in living room; on the porch or around fire pit. Bedrooms are as stated; very large with individual en-suites, all 3 very high end in their own way. Home close to lake, numerous trails, not far from Mt Ida or Hot Springs - really great location. Host easy to reach & very accommodating - really nice people. Couldn’t have been any better!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to everything. Walking distance to Oaklawn Park and several restaurants. Easy drive to everywhere else. House was a little smaller than we expected for 6 adults, but we still had a great time. Laikin was a great host. Check in was easy and he was very proactive in making sure we had what we needed. Only drawback we had was the only way to get to the living room was through the bedrooms, but we made it work. Wish we would have had more time to start a fire in the fire pit and sit outside. We will definitely consider booking with Laikin again.

This is the perfect spot when visiting Hot Springs. Outdoor settings were 10/10. It was close enough to everything yet still felt so private and secluded. It was easy to get to, and the store at the end of the road was great for all the items needed for the stay. Landon was awesome, and the instructions were clear. We WILL be back.

Such a great A frame home! We adored it. Accessible and comfy. We used the boats and the dock. Turned on the string lights, built a fire. Slept great. Loved the attention to detail throughout the home. The stairs are steep- easier going up than down in our opinion. Also conveniently located about 10-20 minutes from all we wanted to do around Hot Springs!
